Welcome to the Worship Room

Worship Is Surrender

Worship is more than singing a song.

It is the posture of a surrendered heart.

It is laying down our plans, fears, questions, disappointments, and desires before the Lord and trusting that He is good, even when we don't understand.

Surrender is saying:

"Lord, Your will before mine."

It is choosing trust over control.

Faith over fear.

His presence over endless distractions.

His voice over the noise of the world.

As you spend time in this room, don't feel pressured to say the perfect prayer or find the perfect words.

Simply come.

Sit quietly.

Open your Bible.

Listen.

Reflect.

Thank Him.

Repent if needed.

Receive His grace.

Allow the Holy Spirit to search your heart and gently lead you into truth.

Remember, the goal isn't to rush through another page.

The goal is to draw near to the One who loves you.

Stay as long as you need.

May your heart become more surrendered, your faith more deeply rooted, and your relationship with Christ more intimate with every moment you spend in His presence.

A Prayer of surrender

  • "Holy Spirit, quiet my heart..."

  • "Remove every distraction..."

  • "Help me hear Your voice..."

  • "I surrender this time to You."

Scripture

Romans 12:1–2

  • Psalm 46:10 ("Be still...")

  • John 4:23–24 ("...worship in spirit and truth.")

  • Psalm 95:6 ("Come, let us bow down in worship...")

Reflection

  • What is God inviting me to surrender today?

  • Is there anything competing for my attention?

  • What is He saying to my heart?

Worship Music

Make time for solitude

God desires a relationship with you.

He loves you so much.

Close your eyes and sit with Him.

Enjoy His presence.

Take a moment

Before you leave this room....

Don't rush.

Sit quietly with the Lord.

Read a Psalm.

Listen for His voice.

Rest in His presence.

Sometimes the greatest answer isn't found in more words...

It's found in simply being with Him.

Remember this

You are seen.

You are heard.

You are deeply loved.

You are never alone.

The same God who brought you here will be faithful to carry you forward.

Thank you for spending time in the Worship Room.

Our prayer is that you leave encouraged, strengthened, and reminded that God's grace is sufficient for every season.

Grace and peace to you.
